Unique System wins service contract from National Petroleum Construction Company

Unique System, a leading provider of integrated turnkey subsea and offshore solutions, has won a two-year service contract from Abu Dhabi-based National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC).

The two-year deal covers a wide range of equipments for hydrographic surveys, geophysical surveys, oceanographic surveys, observation class ROV, surface & underwater positioning to support NPCC projects in Middle East and South Asia, said a statement from Unique System.

Ian Huggins, the general manager at Unique System said: "We are happy to be awarded the service contract by NPCC. Unique and NPCC have always had a close co-operation and the latest contract reaffirms our strong position in the rental market of survey equipment."

"Our vast rental pool and workshop facilities in India and the UAE will further enhance our abilities in supporting NPCC in their projects of varying complexities. We look forward to continue our decade-long association with NPCC."

Established in 1973, the NPCC is a leading construction company, providing clients total engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services in the development of offshore and onshore oil & gas fields for the Gulf and the regional markets.

Tarek Abdulla Al Marzouqi, survey manager for NPCC added: “We are delighted to approach Unique System once again for their survey equipment. We believe that it has some of the best survey equipments in their rental pool which will help us in delivering the desired results through our projects in both India and the UAE.”
