Summertown Interiors nabs CSR award from DCCI

Summertown Interiors has been awarded the corporate social responsibility (CSR) label by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI).

Marking the fourth occasion that the fit-out contractor specialised in green interiors has won the award, Summertown Interiors was one of 20 UAE-base companies to receive the accolade. The awards were presented by HE Hisham Al Shirawi, 2nd vice-chairman, DCCI.

Based on an assessment that covered four critical factors, which comprise of workplace, marketplace, community and environment, Summertown increased its overall certification score by 17%.

Furthermore, the company exceeded the label average by over 25% compared to fellow firms in the UAE. Its efforts to attain LEED EBOM certification for carbon neutrality by 2020, were in particular noteworthy.

Summertown Interiors, a UAE-based fit-out contract specialised in green interiors, has been named one of 20 companies to be awarded the 2016 corporate social responsibility label by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
