UAE-based engineering consultant in design and project management Abdul Rahim Architectural Consultants (Araco) has celebrated its 32nd anniversary this year.
On the occasion, Raheem Bani Zaman Lari, Araco, said: “Over the decades, we have been involved in numerous projects some which seemed impossible.
"But we developed and continue to develop our capabilities to design, construct, and supervise the creation of magnificent structures.
"We are not afraid to challenge conventional wisdom, go against the flow, and swim upstream with bold ideas: in fact, I would go so far to say that it is this organizational cultural identity that has made ARACO so successful.”
Araco boasts a diversified portfolio consisting of residential multi-storey towers and villas, commercial buildings, as well as hospitality and industrial projects including manufacturing plants, cold stores, and warehouses.
Currently, Araco has a few projects under construction, and in the design stage across Dubai Silicon Oasis (Ribbon of the Light Project); six buildings under construction in Dubai’s new upcoming residential area Jumeriah Village Circle; SA Properties in Barsha Heights; a G+33 typical floors in Dubailand (Majan) Wadi Al Safa.
These projects also include 22 buildings under construction in Satwa owned by resident and GCC investors and an $81m (AED300m) valued twin towers project in IMPZ.
As part of Araco’s future objectives and planning, the company will seek to apply new R&D techniques, provide premium quality services with an emphasis on efficiency and effectiveness, and design innovative and sound structures to contribute to the development of Dubai, the company stated.
