Sobha Limited and Indian firm Puravankara Limited have launched Marina One, one of Kerala’s largest luxury waterfront residential projects.
Located along Kochi’s Marine Drive, Marina One will comprise 1,141 homes of three and four-bedroom apartments, ranging from 213m2to 344m2of built up area.
The project will offer a 497-metre waterfront as well as a 5-acre urban park at the centre of the 16.7 acres property.

The urban park will feature two swimming pools, including a 50-metre lap pool, mini theatre, landscaped parks and walking zones, kids’ play area, community spaces and landscaping.
Other amenities include a club-house, badminton courts, a gym, a spa, a sauna, and a convenience store.
