UAE-headquartered property developer, Danube Properties, has unveiled a new office on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road.
Spanning 40,000m2, the stand-alone office accommodates the company’s entire properties team and boasts two built-in show apartments of a studio and a one-bedroom unit, giving visitors an idea of the actual look and feel of the interiors of a Danube apartment.
According to Danube, the new office was opened to cater to the growing number of customers who have shown interested in Danube projects.
Commenting on the new office, Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of Danube Group, said: “The decision to open the new office stems from the need to cater to a wider range of customers.
“Our new office will give customers the option to see all our project offerings, as well as how the ready-to-move apartments will look. We are a growing team and with the help of this new office at such a convenient location, we aim to serve our customers better.”
Since the inception of Danube Properties in 2014, it has launched nine projects in the affordable-housing segment, with its latest development being a 29-storey high-rise called Bayz. The $122.5m (AED450m) project is located in Business Bay and comprises 456 apartment units with of Burj Khalifa.
All projects under the Danube portfolio are currently under construction, with the handover of the first project, Dreamz, scheduled to commence soon. At present, the company has a book value of $820m (AED3bn).
