Infrastructure work on Bahrain's Al Bareh project begins

Bahrain-based developer Diyar Al Muharraq has announced the commencement of infrastructure work within Al Bareh, one of its residential projects.

Dr Maher Al Shaer, chief executive officer of Diyar Al Muharraq, said: “On behalf of Diyar Al Muharraq, it gives me great pleasure to announce that the infrastructure work within Al Bareh has now officially begun, and that it is being undertaken by such a highly distinguished and efficient company as Cyprus Cybarco Tabet.”

He added: “What makes Al Bareh stand out amongst Diyar Al Muharraq’s most prominent real estate development projects is its inherent capacity to cater to both locals and expatriates in search of freehold plots. Therefore, we look forward to facilitating the completion of all the infrastructure work of Al Bareh, in order to expedite the distribution of the plots of all its phases to its respective owners, as much as possible.

“The significance of Al Bareh is attributed to the multifaceted depth of residential and investment solutions that it provides to potential customers. And with the infrastructure work having commenced for this exclusive project, at this juncture, I also take the opportunity to announce that the Al Bareh mock-up villas will be launched in March 2018."


According to Trade Arabia, Cyprus Cybarco Tabet was appointed to undertake the infrastructure work for the project, and it initiated the implementation of all its contractual obligations on the project from October, with the work expected to be completed in November 2018.

Al Bareh is composed of three main products, which include sea front residential plots dedicated to encompassing high-end villas with waterfront views, residential plots within walking distance to waterfront parks, and residential investment plots overlooking the main road designated for the construction of multi-storey buildings.
