SSH has announced that it has been awarded three design packages for six plots at the Hessah Al Mubarak development in Kuwait City.
In a statement, SSH revealed that it will provide consultancy services for each of the packages. These services will include architectural, interior design, landscape, structural, civil, mechanical and electrical engineering design, quantity surveying, and tender documentation, as well as permitting and tendering services for the development of five residential towers with associated parking facilities, and low-rise townhouses.
According to SSH, Plot 52 is a 1,830m2residential tower with 74 apartments distributed over 26 floors, while Plots 50 and 51 comprise waterfront residential twin towers spanning 5,506m2, with 212 apartments distributed over 42 floors, including a mechanical floor.
Plot 160 consists of residential twin towers with a total area of 5,509m2, featuring 210 apartments distributed over 42 floors, also including a mechanical floor.
Meanwhile, Plots 158 and 159 comprise 12 low-rise buildings, made up of townhouse duplexes. The buildings are spread on both sides of the project’s spine along the plotsm with 48 units in each compound. Both plots will feature 96 townhouse duplexes overall.
SSH also revealed that it completed the design and supervision of infrastructure works, which were implemented by Al Ahmadiah Contracting and Trading Company.
The Hessah Al Mubarak development, the land allocation for which stretches 22.7ha, includes 82 plots for residential buildings that boast a mix of high-, medium- and low-rise apartment buildings and duplexes.
The plots also feature serviced apartments, offices, clinics, health clubs, retail shops, food and beverage (F&B) outlets, a mosque, and a multi-storey car park building.
