Sobha launches Building 5 of Hartland Aflux in Dubai
Hartland Afluxs Building 5 will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

Sobha Group has launched Building 5 of its Hartland Aflux neighbourhood in Dubai.

The 12-storey property is being developed as part of Phase 3 of the UAE-headquartered real estate developer’s Sobha Hartland Greens Development.

Hartland Aflux’s L-shaped Building 5, which will feature two podium levels and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, and is scheduled to complete in October 2019.

Apartment sizes will range from 75.4m2(812ft2) to 207.4m2(2,232ft2), and the building’s units will boast views of Dubai Water Canal.

PNC Menon, founder and chairman of Sobha Group, commented: “This project caters to the affordable luxury segment, and offers the perfect home for modern families, nuclear families, or first-time buyers without compromising on the renowned Sobha quality.

Sobha Hartland Greens is situated within Sobha Group’s $4bn (AED14.7bn) 74ha Sobha Hartland development.
