Tamouh Investments has completed Horizon Towers, a mixed-use waterfront project on Reem Island, in Abu Dhabi.
Constructed by Trojan General Contracting, the project comprises two towers – Tower A has 57 floors, while Tower B consists of 38 floors – and a total of 924 units.
According to Tamouh Investments, Trojan will also handle the maintenance of both towers, podiums, and the surrounding grounds.
With construction completed, the project is ready for final handover to Three60 Communities, a property management company.
The project was financed with the support of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB). It features a mix of townhouses and one- to three-bedroom apartments, as well as retail outlets, restaurants, a swimming pool, sport pitches, a gym, and a yoga terrace.
Launched at the 2015 edition of Cityscape Abu Dhabi, the project will once again be showcased at this year’s event, during which apartments will be available for sale and leasing.
Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2018 will take place on 17-19 April, at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
