Kerzner International Holdings, the owner of the Atlantis Resort & Residences and One&Only Resorts brands, is introducing a new concept hotel within Dubai’s One Za’beel mixed-use development.
The One&Only Urban Resorts will be located in one of the two towers currently under construction in the district, and will include a mix of retail, F&B, and service options.
The hotel is currently classified as “ultra luxury’ and will retain the style and design of the original One&Only concept, but will be tailored for business, family, and leisure travelers within a centralised urban location.
The hotel will feature restaurants, a night club, the One&Only Gym, and a yoga studio, as well as private offices, executive board rooms, and event spaces.
One&Only Urban Resorts will also provide loyalty services for frequent customers, including serviced apartments and the option for visitors to keep belongings in the resort until their next stay.

One Za’abeel, the 480,000m2two-tower, high-rise mixed-use development, will incorporates luxury residences, serviced apartments, office spaces, a retail podium, and a panoramic sky concourse.
The district is due to open in 2020, and is being developed by Ithra Dubai, a fully owned subsidiary of Investment Corporation of Dubai.
