UAE-based property developer, Nshama, has launched Rawda 2 apartments, the latest residential addition its 304ha Town Square Dubai project.
Located close to the development’s Town Square Park, the newly launched apartment project will offer residents access to a Reel Cinemas multiplex and more than 500 retail and food and beverage (F&B) outlets, as well as a range of leisure attractions.
Rawda 2 consists of four residential buildings featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with sizes ranging from 56m2to 121m2.
The project’s amenities include a swimming pool, a children’s pool, a gymnasium, changing areas, showers, a common area, and a playground for kids.
Fred Durie, chief executive officer of Nshama, said: “Town Square Dubai has indeed come to life with the first residents moving in, the parks greeting families, and the cycling track serving as their preferred outdoor pursuit.
We have put in place a robust infrastructure, including one of the largest district cooling facilities serving the community, and work on the Town Square Central Park is progressing at brisk pace. Rawda 2 apartments have a prime place in Town Square, set by the park, with homes opening to green, landscaped vistas, and residents stepping out to a vibrant lifestyle hub.”
Nshama announced in September last year that it had commenced the handover process of its Zahra townhouses, the first residential community in Town Square Dubai.
