The fixing systems division of Dubai-based Hira Industries LLC and the Netherlands-headquartered Walraven Group announced the opening of a new facility called Hira Walraven in the UAE.
The $5.4m (AED20m) facility is located at National Industries Park (NIP), Dubai.
Ravi Wadhwani, general manager of Hira Walraven, said: “We are pleased to open the new facility.

The facility, which is around 6,500m2, will be easily accessible to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and is located in close proximity to the Al Maktoum Airport and the Expo 2020 site.
The new facility will be a central distribution warehouse, with a factory to manufacture products as pipe support clamps, support channels and rubber support inserts.
Hira Industries LLC plans to expand the new facility for fixing systems outside the GCC countries and add new products to its list catering to the local market.
