Omniyat has partnered with The Dorchester to manage the One Palm residential project on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah.
A senior official from the company revealed to Construction Week that the UK-based operator has signed an agreement with the developer to manage the property.
“We have teamed up with Dorchester from London who will be providing the management services for the building as well as the al la cart services to all residents,” said Peter Stevenson, development director at Omniyat.
Omniyat announced earlier this month that it had partnered with luxury hospitality brand Dorchester Collection for the development of a hotel and residence in Dubai’s Marasi District, marking the brands expansion into the Asian market for the first time.
“We want to fuel unforgettable experiences through our projects and we couldn’t have found a more suitable partner than Dorchester Collection,” Mahdi Amjad, CEO and executive chairman of Omniyat said in an earlier statement.
One Palm, designed by New York architects Soma, is due for completion by the end of 2018.
