Dubai-based developer Ellington is moving ahead with the construction of its Wilton Terraces project, located in Mohammed bin Rashid City (MBR City), ahead of schedule.
Shoring and piling for the project was completed two months after its launch with further progress expected during the first two quarters of 2018.
Joseph Thomas, managing director of Ellington, said: “As we enter 2018, Ellington is extremely excited by the prospect of what the year has to offer.
“With this in mind, we are delighted with the progress of Wilton Terraces, our first development in MBR City, with construction moving at a fast pace and a ground-swell of interest generated by the investor and home-buying community.”
Wilton Terraces was launched late last year with the developer announcing a second tower, Wilton Terraces II, within the same complex in less than a month.
“Given that the market has seen an increasing demand for design-led homes that contribute to a quality lifestyle for residents and bring long-term value for investors, we regard Wilton Terraces as significant step forward in our march to growth and delivery of our property portfolio,” added Thomas.
Amenities include a recreational area, a reading lounge, a yoga studio, a swimming pool, children’s pool, and greenery with BBQ area as well as a fully equipped gym with separate changing rooms and steam showers, and a children’s playroom.
