Two skyscrapers have been launched in Kuwait as part of the Hessah Towers development.
The project was conceptualised and designed by Dar SSH and Nabil Gholam Architects.
Kuwaiti real estate giant, United Real Estate Company (URC), will develop 40% of the project through its affiliate company, MENA Homes.
Located in the Hessah Al Mubarak district and along the Arabian Gulf Road, the towers comprise a total of 212 units.
Hessah Towers spans a total built-up area of 6.3ha, and each 40-storey tower features three-bedroom apartments and duplexes.
Townhouses will also be developed adjacent to the towers.
Additional amenities in the project include a private health club, a gym, gardens, outdoor entertainment areas, private roof gardens, and a multi-storey parking facility.
In November, SSH announced that it had been awarded three design packages for six plots at the Hessah Al Mubarak development in Kuwait City.
In a statement, SSH revealed that it would provide consultancy services for each of the packages.
These services included architectural, interior design, landscape, structural, civil, mechanical and electrical engineering design, quantity surveying, and tender documentation, as well as permitting and tendering services for the development of five residential towers with associated parking facilities, and low-rise townhouses.
The Hessah Al Mubarak development, the land allocation for which stretches 22.7ha, includes 82 plots for residential buildings that boast a mix of high-, medium- and low-rise apartment buildings and duplexes.
