Azizi Developments has completed and handed over two apartments - the $57.6m (AED300m) Montrell by Azizi and the $67.2m (AED350m) Roy Mediterranean - in Al Furjan, Dubai.

Both residential projects were completed in record time, according to Azizi Developments.

Montrell by Azizi has 168 studios, 54 one-bedroom units, 696m² of retail space and sits on a construction area of over 22,000m². It was built and handed over in 18 months.

Roy Mediterranean by Azizi contains 224 studio apartments, 47 one-beds, 975m² of retail space, and occupies a land area of over 26,000m².

The apartments are the eleventh and twelfth building projects that have been completed and handed over in Al Furjan by Azizi Developments since it first started to transform the area that sits between Sheikh Zayed Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.

“The successful completion of these two projects is a testimony to our commitment to delivering best-in-class residential properties,” said the chairman and founder of Azizi Developments, Mirwais Azizi.

“We believe that investors and buyers of Montrell by Azizi and Roy Mediterranean by Azizi will benefit from prime, high-demand locations like Al Furjan and an alpha return on investment leading up to and during the Expo 2020 Dubai.” 

 

Since the start of 2016, Azizi Developments has completed over 2,000 units in Al Furjan, as the company accelerates work in the area that is geographically close to the Expo 2020 Dubai site.

Finishing projects ahead of schedule has become a key part of the company’s blueprint for growth in Dubai. Al Furjan is not the only area that Azizi has pushing forwards with at pace.

Its $67.2m (AED350m) Aliyah Residences in Dubai Healthcare City and the $150m (AED780m) Mina by Azizi on the Palm Jumeirah are both ahead of schedule. Azizi said they would be delivered in Q2 and in Q3 2018 respectively.

“Quality and timely completion of projects remains our top priority and we are continuing to make strong progress across Azizi’s live developments,” Mirwais Azizi added.
