Al Zorah, a mixed-use development in Ajman, has signed an agreement with GEMS Education to develop a school within the project.
Imad Dana, CEO at Al Zorah Development Company, said: “Al Zorah is specifically designed with families in mind and… the availability of school education will attract those looking to relocate into an interactive community.”
60% of Al Zorah’s land area is devoted to protected mangroves and operates on an eco-friendly model.
Al Zorah is rapidly ramping up construction, blending nature with modern amenities, to deliver residential places and high-end lifestyle experiences.
It has also been reported that GEMS Education plans to open four new schools in the UAE for the 2018-2019 academic year.
GEMS Vertus and GEMS Founders will open in Dubai, along with an international curriculum school on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, and an Indian curriculum school in Sharjah.
