According to UAE Central Bank data released earlier this year, January to September 2018 saw employers create 45,900 new jobs, with Dubai being the main driver of growth in the UAE labour market for 2017 and 2018, but as more jobs are created, what must engineering entrants know about the Middle East's construction markets in their first job?

In this episode of Construction Week Viewpoint, Neha Bhatia, editor of Construction Week, sits down with senior reporter, Jack Ball, to discuss just some of the common pitfalls or mistakes that could befall those entering the construction job market for the first time or those shifting from one specialism to another.
