Emaar has launched the second phase of its Expo Golf Villas near the Expo 2020 Dubai site. The announcement comes after an “overwhelming sales response” to the homes' initial launch, according to the real estate development giant.
A limited collection of three- and four-bedroom premium villas, all overlooking an 18-hole championship golf course, make up Phase 2 of the Expo Golf Villas residential project. Located 10 minutes from the Expo 2020 Dubai site and seven minutes from the Al Maktoum International Airport, the project is situated on the main boulevard of Emaar South.
The cost of three-bedroom premium villas starts at $272,215 (AED999,888), Emaar said, adding that investors will also have a “convenient payment plan with monthly instalments to be paid over an extended period of 5.5 years”.
The family villa is sized between 110-140 sqm, each having a “muted natural palette to match the interior design choice of the residents”.
The homes should appeal to professionals working in the various business hubs in Dubai South, including Aviation District, Logistics District, Business Park, Exhibition District, and Humanitarian District/
The end of last year saw the Dubai –listed developer ramp up commercial ties with Asia.
In December 2018, Emaar confirmed reports that it had launched business development operations in China, an expansion that comes amid efforts to widen its appeal to Chinese investors and promote its luxury hotel brand in the Asia superpower.
Mohamed Alabbar, the group’s chairman, also met with senior trade minister from India’s government in the same month to discuss the developer’s building plans in India.
