Architecture heavyweight Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) has revealed construction progress on Dubai’s Foster + Partners-designed ICD Brookfield Place tower through a video courtesy of BSBG’s senior architectural technologist, Christopher Day.
In the video posted on its official Twitter account, BSBG said the core of ICD Brookfield Place had topped out.

It added: “Only a few remaining elements of steel are to be installed, and the steel structure will be completed in a matter of weeks.
“The glazed wrapping will also reach completion shortly.”
ICD Brookfield Place’s construction team includes Foster + Partners as designer, and Multiplex and Ssangyong Engineering and Construction as contractors.
BSBG is working as lead consultant, executive architect, executive interior designer, and construction supervisor for the project.
According to a project listing on BSBG’s website, ICD Brookfield Place, designed to Leed Gold standards, comprises 8.36ha of office space, seven basement levels for 2,700 vehicles, and an adjacent five-storey 1.4ha retail centre.
