Dubai development giant Emaar Properties has unveiled an urban waterfront neighborhood called Surf at Creek Beach, located in the under-construction Dubai Creek Harbour development.
The waterside residential apartment complex has direct access to what Emaar called an “urban beach”.
Other design elements for the new residential project, located within the 6km² Dubai Creek Harbour project featuring the super-tall Creek Tower Dubai, include a spectacular fountain. The specially-designed fountain supposedly defies the laws of gravity as well, according to the developer.
Surf at Creek Beach will have space for curated art installations and a mouth-watering selection of high-end dining options, complementing the luxurious waterfront activities such as yachting.
Available in one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, the low-rise residential neighbourhood will have swimming pools, a gym, community room, children’s play areas, space for barbecues, and podium-level parking.
Surf at Creek Beach has been launched by the developer in response to investor demand for the low-rise homes in Emaar residential projects such as Breeze, Sunset, Bayshore, and Summer.
It is unclear who the designer is for Emaar Properties’ Surf at Creek Beach.
