Popular Beiruti club BO18 is set to open in Dubai in 2021.

The famous industrial dance venue's Dubai edition will be designed by CID award winner Rabih Geha.

His architecture firm received the award for Interior Design of the Year: Bars & Clubs for BAU, a rooftop bar overlooking Beirut's waterfront, at the 2019 Commercial Interior Design Awards.

BO18 The Sequel will feature two contrasting spaces - the Tropical Room and the Main Room. The Tropical Room will be filled with lush greenery, chic furniture and warm lighting. Encapsulating the dark gothic energy of the original venue, the Main Room will have an urban aesthetic, exposed metal pipes and industrial structures.

The Main Room will also include the trademark moon bar and coffin-shaped tables of BO18 Beirut. The venue will also feature a rooftop lighting system.

Compared to Berlin’s famous industrial nightclub Berghain due to its influence on the underground music scene in Lebanon, the original BO18 has been home to hedonists in the Lebanese capital since 1998.

Now Seven Management plans on bringing the bunker vibe to Dubai Marina.

Rabih Fakhreddine, CEO of Seven Management, says: “We’re proud and excited to bring one of Lebanon’s legacies to Dubai, to showcase the brand on a global scale and facilitate the natural evolution of BO18. The refined space will cater to music and art lovers across all nationalities, and celebrate Lebanon’s rich culture and history, which is more important to us now than ever before.”
