Edarabia, in collaboration with Bayut.com, has released its on Dubai School Fees vs. Rent for Q1 2018.
The report reveals that Nad Al Sheba, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), and Al Sufouh are the top three areas where school fees are most expensive, with average annual fees of up to AED 65,152 for all year groups, a press release said.
Schools located in Deira, Al Qusais or Muhaisnah, and Al Karama offer the lowest school fees in Dubai, averaging AED 12,761 per year.
Compared to Edarabia’s findings in 2017, the new report indicates that although most school fees were updated, some neighborhoods in Dubai even experienced a reduction of upto 10-15%.
The recent report also showed rents falling, across key residential areas where school fees are the most expensive.
Average rents fell in Nad Al Sheba, The Springs, The Meadows, Jumeirah Village Circle.
Some areas where school fees are the lowest, such as Karama, saw rents remain stable, for example, the average cost of a two-bed apartment in Al Karama remained at AED 95,101.
