The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management (EAHM) has signed an agreement with the International Hospitality Management School (CMH) based in Paris, establishing a new academic exchange programme between the schools.
The agreement offers students a study abroad opportunities, enables faculty exchanges, academic cooperation and programmes for the development of hoteliers in the international market.
EAHM managing director, Ron Hilvert said: “We look forward to welcoming the next group of CMH students and faculty to Dubai and are assured that this partnership between our accredited universities will provide the CMH students with greater exposure to the international hotel industry.”
Véronique Sournies from the International Relations department at CMH commented that the partnership would be “such a great opportunity for our students.”
A group of Masters students from CMH had the opportunity to visit EAHM in January during their tour through the United Arab Emirates.
The students visited the campus facilities, attended a presentation about the career opportunities in Dubai, in addition to a guided tour at Burj Al Arab.
The new partner university was established over 40 years ago and is also an associated member of The European Council on Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Education (EuroCHRIE).
