Data San Francisco-based technology company Revinate has launched its inGuest programme in the Middle East.
The system brings together reservation (PMS) data and stay histories, with preferences, social media activity, and guest feedback, to offer comprehensive guest profiles on a single platform.
The information will then help hotels engage with their guests more effectively before, during, and after their stays, increasing guest satisfaction and revenue.
