Located at The Jumeirah at Etihad Towers with views of the waterfront and adjacent private marina, this latest addition to the Richard Sandoval’s repertoire of restaurants will offer an elevated dining experience in the capital.
Pan-Latin flavors have been spun to create hot and cold sharing plates including aperas and ceviches. Traditional churrasco is served a la carte alongside a wide selection of savoury side dishes to complement these grills.
The restaurant’s vast beverage menu will be interpreted by a skilled team of bartenders and mixologists.
Fusing traditional and contemporary tastes, the warm Latin-inspired warm tones of orange and red are enhanced by décor elements including handmade mosaic frames from Peru displaying dramatic contemporary art and Mexican handmade carpets.
Sandoval said in a statement: “We are extremely excited to bring Toro Toro’s unique and successful concept to a new audience in the capital. We feel the restaurant will fill a niche in the hospitality scene in Abu Dhabi and look forward to replicating the success we have seen across the Middle East for all our restaurant concepts.”
Toro Toro’s current locations include Dubai, Miami, and Washington DC.
