Dubai hotels are bracing for full to almost full occupancy during the Eid-Al-Adha long weekend.

Both Amwaj Rotana and Centro Barsha are expecting to be full this weekend. "We still have slight availability still but as always, we pick up last minute bookings and end up full occupancy," says Mark Deere, general manager, Amwaj Rotana.

Most of the anticipated travellers to Dubai are from GCC countries and Arabian Business reports that the RTA said it expects to see 350,000 people visit the Downtown Dubai area.

"We’re seeing that guests are mostly from the GCC countries," adds David Faull, cluster general manager, Centro Barsha.

Most UAE hotels and attractions have Eid deals and offers to entice residents and tourists alike.

Legoland Dubai and Legoland Water Park have launched new season prices this summer just in time for Eid as well. The themepark has launched a new UAE/GCC resident ticket that can be availed starting September 1. UAE residents can opt for a day ticket for AED 165 to either Legoland Dubai or Legoland Water Park. Residents can purchase the tickets online or at the gate on presentation of a valid Emirates ID.

To celebrate its first anniversary this year, Dubai's IMG Worlds of Adventure will give the first 365 lucky guests free entry to the park on August 31st, 2017 .
