Unlike any other Antonio Marras boutique in the world, this latest branch in City Walk is the first to feature an Antonio Marras restaurant inside the boutique.
The chef de cuisine, Domenico Santagada, who has over 10 years of International experience from fine dining venues, has created an ‘early start’ breakfast menu served from 10 am to noon as well as an a la carte menu for lunch and dinner.
“The menu is exciting, we want to achieve a true Italian experience by using local fresh product prepared with some of the best Italian ingredients,” said Santagada.
The menu features risotto acquerello an organic vintage rice prepared by Santagada following an original Italian recipe with fresh zucchini flower and shrimps, spaghettoni benedetto cavalieri with tomato and lobster and Sicilian cannoli and tiramisu.
