Fairmont The Palm, Dubai has appointed Enrique Gluckmann as the assistant director of food and beverage.
In his role at Fairmont, Gluckmann will oversee and assist with the strategic direction of their multiple restaurants, implement new procedures, and assist with the launch of new dining concepts.

Gluckmann has previously worked in five different countries and has managed food and beverage operations in a number of properties, including boutique, resorts and hotels. He has also worked with international brands such as Etihad Airways.
In 2016, he led the complete outlet renovations of Siddhartha Lounge in his capacity as operations manager and food and beverage manager at Grosvenor House Hotel.
