Suzanne Husseini, the author of the bestselling cookbook 'When Suzanne Cooks', will launch four Ramadan-inspired menus for Market Kitchen at Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi.
The menus will be available throughout the holy month.
The initiative will feature an array of Arabic dishes that will be served continuously throughout the iftar meal and placed in the center for all to share.
Suzanne, who previously worked with Market Kitchen in 2015 for revamping the Friday Table Brunch, said, “I am delighted to be collaborating with Market Kitchen once again. Market Kitchen shares the same ethos toward food that I do. It’s all about bringing good, wholesome and incredibly tasty food to the table for all to share."
