Following the launch of their second location inside VOX Cinemas, Tom&Serg has revamped the selection of dishes served at its Al Quoz venue.
The new menu, directed by than Tom Arnel, co-founder and managing director of Bull&Roo Hospitality and Investments, welcomes new additions to its breakfast, lunch, smoothie, juice and milkshake sections.
Continuing with the brand’s ethos of serving cuisine inspired by flavours from around the world, Dubai residents can look forward to new menu items such as the Aussie Benedict (slow-braised wagyu shoulder topped with gribiche hollandaise and smoked pearl onion relish), chilli scrambled eggs (puffed sesame banh tieu, shitake nam prik jam, roasted coconut garnished with crispy shallots and Thai herbs) and mango chia pudding (seasonal fruit, Greek yoghurt, caramelized seeds and Matcha almond milk).
In the beverage section there playful creations such as the hipster smoothie (granola, spinach, avocado, banana, peanut butter, honey and almond milk), black magic (charcoal ice-cream, banana, avocado and almond milk) and kale yeah! (kale, baby spinach, pineapple, green apple and mint).
Tom&Serg’s new menu will be available in its Al Quoz location from 8 a.m. till 4 p.m. (weekdays) and 8 a.m. till 5 p.m. (weekends).
