The soon-to-open Millennium Atria Business Bay has appointed Supul Maneesha as the new executive chef of the hotel. Maneesha brings more than 12 years of experience to his new role.
The Sri Lankan native previously worked as the chef de cuisine at Crowne Plaza Hotel Dubai and first started his career at Hilton Colombo.
Since then Maneesha has worked at various hotels such as Bab Al Shams and J W Marriott in various international locations including the Sultanate of Oman and the UAE.
Maneesha graduated from Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management and has also attended trainings for Food Safety Level 03, Professional Cookery and Marriott Leadership Programme.
