Mahec at Le Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre is partnering with legendary Indian chef, Satish Arora. Arora brings more than 50 years of industry experience to Mahec.

Arora first started his culinary journey at the age of 26 when he took over the kitchen at Taj Group’s flagship hotel in Mumbai, India. He has served the likes of celebrities like Queen Elizabeth II, former U.S. president Bill Clinton, former prime ministers Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, Margaret Thatcher, boxer Mohammed Ali, and astronaut Neil Armstrong among others.

Arora’s Indian cuisine menu includes celebrity favourites such as shahenshahi kofta makhani created for Amitabh Bachchan, butter chicken, sikandari lamb chops, prawn curry Goan style and Bombay pudding. The restaurant will also offer gluten-free breads and rotis upon request.

Commenting on his new partnership, Arora says he looks forward to working in Dubai’s dynamic F&B industry.
