With gourmet experiences from Michelin-starred kitchens, Gautier Gaschi brings nearly 16 years of culinary experience to his new role at the French restaurant, La Serre, Dubai.
Originally from France, Gaschi started at L’auberge De L’il, a three Michelin-starred restaurant.
He then joined Alain Ducasse in Paris at the three Michelin-starred Plaza Athene. Gaschi then moved to the two Michelin-starred Green House team in London before going back to Paris and joining Pavillon Lodoyen, a three Michelin-starred restaurant by Yannick Alleno. Gaschi made a move to Dubai as executive chef at Stay Restaurant in the One & Only The Palm before his latest move to La Serre.
Speaking about his appointment Gaschi said: "I'm looking forward to this next chapter in my culinary journey. I'm happy that my skills will be put to good use in such a fine dining establishment. I'm excited about the opportunity to meet the customers and help make their dining experience truly enjoyable."
He added: “I believe in staying true to the country’s cuisine, never confusing flavours and am excited to provide guests with the best that Dubai has to offer.”
La Serre is located at the Vida Hotel Downtown on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard.
