Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort has appointed chef Peeush Chawla as its new executive chef.
Originally from India, chef Peeush Chawla has gained his experience with several hospitality brands and restaurants, including Taj and Oberoi in Mumbai, W resorts and Per Aquum Huvafenfushi in Maldives, Sheraton Hotel Sharjah, KOI Japanese Restaurant by TDIC Abu Dhabi, and Saadiyat Beach Club.
On his appointment, Kevin Lawless, general manager, Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort, said, “We are very pleased to welcome Peeush Chawla to Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort Hotel.
