Roots Kitchen by Parlour has recently opened its doors within Form Hotel.
The venue serves breakfast through to dinner, headed up by chef de cuisine, Sylvain Noel, with dishes inspired by all corners of Europe.
Breakfast items include organic acai with stone-cut oats and avocado tartine, blueberry oatmeal waffles with crème fraiche, or a berry and lemon custard crème-topped breakfast pain perdue.
Lunch and dinner dishes include stockyard farm black Angus tenderloin to Cornish hen, along with slow-braised New Zealand lamb shoulder and spaghetti chittara, sandwiches and more.
Dessert items include the chocolate ganache, panna cotta and the acai cheesecake.
Roots by Parlour is open from 6:30am to 11:00pm.
