A luxury poolside bar and lounge has been announced for the upcoming Palm Tower project.
AURA Skypool & Lounge will occupy the entirety of the tower’s 50th floor – the highest floor of the property. Accessible by private elevator, the venue will feature greenery, oversized sunbeds, VIP areas and a 360-infinity pool.
Located 210 metres above the group, the infinity pool is set to be one of the highest in the world, providing views of Burj Al Arab, Dubai Marina and the Burj Khalifa.
Dubai-based hospitality and investment company, Sunset Hospitality Group is at the helm of the project. It explained the venue will offer a menu of pan-Asian dishes, as well as a modern beverage menu made by professional mixologists.
Slated to open in Q4 2020, the venue will be connected to Palm Tower. The tower will rise 50 storeys and include 290 hotel rooms managed by the St. Regis brand. The property will also contain 504 furnished and serviced apartments.
Sunset Hospitality Group’s CEO, Antonio Gonzalez said: “We are thrilled to launch the first AURA Skypool & Lounge brand to Dubai. AURA is the result of combining an extraordinary unique location and a carefully crafted design and hospitality experience. We have carefully studied our customers’ preferences and requirements and have developed a unique one-of-kind destination, where guests can relax and unwind at new heights,”
