A fire on the rooftop restaurant of a pub in New Delhi, India completely destroyed the F&B outlet, reports have revealed.
According to the local media, the restaurant that was part of The Drunk Horses Pub did not have a no objection certificate from the fire department.
Officials believe that there were no casualties or injuries because there were no customers at the restaurant that was launched on May 15. While the cause of the fire is being investigated, officials suspect it could’ve been caused by a short circuit.
This is the second fire incident in the city’s hospitality industry, following the one at the hotel Arpit Palace that left 17 people dead in February.
