Millennium Hotels & Resorts’ five-star property — Grand Millennium Dubai — has launched an app to help guests with their needs pre and post arrival and during their stay.

The app, which is free to download, provides guests with special offers and services in addition to information about the hotel’s amenities.

Speaking about the launch, Oussama Chalak, general manager, said: “The app gives the brand the ability to stay connected with their guests. We are sure the launch of this app will revolutionise the hotel stay experience for our guests.”

Officials revealed that the app will also “allow guests and visitors to directly contact the hotel for on-spot reservations for a room, dining or spa treatments”. The app features a city-guide to keep visitors informed of the latest happenings in the city including events, entertainment and shopping fiesta.
The app will also showcase digital menus to order from the in-room dining service as well as allow guests to book a meeting or conference room along with an option to list down special requirements for the meeting to ensure you have everything you need.

The hotel’s “Just Ask”, a WhatsApp service for guests to communicate directly with the hotel is also a part of the mobile application. As a launch offer, the app is also providing up to 15% discount on room stays, 25% discount on restaurant bills and 30% discount on spa treatments.
