Rüya Dubai, located at Grosvenor House, has introduced a weekend of culinary offerings with the relaunch of its Grand Bazaar Brunch and the launch of Saturday Lunch.

The Grand Bazaar Brunch, held every Friday, features a revamped menu curated by executive chef Colin Clague which includes Kavun peynir, Raki infused melon with white cheese, Gozelme, potatoes with cheese & herbs, Pekmez & yogurt marinated black cod with sweet Tahina and Circassian Chicken served with a bread sauce and paprika butter.

The brunch will also feature signature drinks and cocktails accompanied by live entertainment, as resident DJ Rafael Becker sets the soundtrack with vibrant house beats for a sensational afternoon.

On Saturdays, the lunch menu will serve highlights such spiced chicken liver and onions served on za’atar flatbread and sticky lamb ribs with smoked Turkish chili, burnt orange and pekmez.
