The project was announced after the group signed a management agreement with Al Rawabi Regional Company for Hotels Resorts and Tourism.
InterContinental Durrat Al Riyadh will be feature 152 rooms and 10 private chalets. The property will offer an array of facilities including five dining options, a kids’ club and miniature golf.

The property will also feature an outdoor and indoor pool, a gym, a tennis courts and a spa.
