Thitid Tassanakajohn will join Tresind’s own Himanshu Saini to create an exclusive 10 course plus four bites menu being served on November 8 and 9, 2019, sister title Caterer Middle East reported.
Tassanakajohn has taken Le Du to number 20 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list and is known for his modern-Thai inspired take on cooking, using seasonal produce from local farmers.
He will combine with Saini’s take on elevating classic Indian dishes with a modern tweak, with each chef committing five courses and two bites to the menu.
Each night will have two sittings, at 6.30pm and 9.30pm, with only 20 guests at each serving in Tresind Studio’s intimate setting.
Tickets are priced at AED475.
