Leonardo, the Italian restaurant at Stella Di Mare Hotel has launched offerings to celebrate World Pasta Day.

Leonardo will offer North selections such as Tortellini pasta stuffed with a beef ragout, finished off in an aromatic sage butter and Fettuccine pasta topped with Bolognese sauce, selections from the centre of Italy including tonnarelli carbonara with crispy beef bacon, eggs and pecorino cheese as well as South offerings such as Orecchiette pasta, served with anchovies and a side of broccoli.

The offering will be available from 25 to 26 October, 2019,
