Shangri-la Hotel, Abu Dhabi’s Hoi An reopens

Shangri-la Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri has re-launched its Vietnamese restaurant, Hoi An.

The reopened venue has introduced a refined menu with a Super Sapa buffet held daily, from 6pm to 7:30pm.

The concept at Shangri-la Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri has made some additions to its a la carte menu with dishes such as the oxtail soup, Saigon beef salad, charcoal-grilled marinated duck breast and vegetarian pancakes.

The Super Sapa buffet has been extended to include Tuesdays. Guests will be entertained with live stations showcasing banh mi, the Vietnamese baguette and a handpan drummer.

The restaurant’s chef de cuisine, Ta Van Ninh said: “I have the passion to continuously innovate and elevate our offerings at Hoi An by showcasing our traditional dishes and celebrating Vietnamese gastronomies. I am very excited to kick off the new season and share the new experiences that we have prepared for our guests.”
