Following its recent refurbishment, Pai Thai in Jumeirah Al Qasr has announced two new weekday lunch menus.
The prix fixe menu comprises two starters, a main course and a dessert, along with a tea or coffee for AED120 per person. The second menu is an à la carte with prices depending on the dish.
Items include grilled marinated chicken sate with turmeric peanut sauce; green chicken curry with Thai eggplant and Thai basil; Thai noodle with prawn, egg, tofu and tamarind sauce; steamed seabass fillet with garlic, chilli, Thai celery and lime sauce and sticky rice with mango and coconut syrup.
Sarood Hospitality group executive chef Ben Tobitt said when the venue reopened that: “To support our plans, our culinary team underwent an immersive exploration trip to Thailand to scout the best Thai ingredients and find additional dish and technique inspiration from across the country.”The lunch options are available Sunday to Thursday from 12:30pm to 3:30pm.
