A new a la carte menu has been launched at Bocca, an Italian restaurant at Hilton Abu Dhabi.
The new menu kicks off with a selection of antipasti such as the pictured Angus beef carpaccio, truffle tapenade.
Offering a taste of the classics is the range of risottos and pastas including the above, homemade rosemary tagliatelle, lamb ragu, and pecorino cheese.
For desserts indulge in the above, Pesche marinate, malvasia e menta which is marinated summer peach with a minted almond sponge.
The risottos in the menu include the risotto asparagi, porcini e zafferano which is an acquarello risotto with asparagus,porcini mushrooms, and saffron.
“We want our guests to have a memorable culinary experience on each visit, which is why we have carefully curated each dish on the menu by adding our personal touch to recipes that we enjoyed while growing up in Italy,” said Leonardo Passone, chef de cuisine at Bocca.
“We would like to take our guests at Bocca on a journey through our homeland with the new menu,” said Walter Miculan, executive chef, Hilton Abu Dhabi.
