SAP has confirmed that one Gulf executive has resigned, and another has been put on administrative leave as part of an internal investigation into its business practices in the region.
According to Reuters, the two executives are the UAE managing director Tayfun Topkoc, and Przemek Oledzki, chief of staff and managing director for Oman.
A source told Reuters that the investigation is related to SAP's business in Iran, which is run from the Dubai office.
SAP has confirmed the investigation, but no further details have been given at this time.
SAP is already under investigation by the US in relation to alleged corruption in its South African operations.
