Saudi's Herfy to enhance customer service with Capillary

Saudi fast food chain Herfy Food Services has signed Capillary Technologies to revamp its online ordering systems.

Herfy will deploy cloud-based solutions from Capillary, including its Progressive Web App (PWA), to support customer engagement on its website and mobile app.

Herfy is Saudi Arabia's largest fast-food chain with 367 stores.
