Changi Consulting, and Ricston, recently announced their exclusive partnership, combining their technological expertise to offer salesforce integration solutions that leverage MuleSoft to businesses in the Middle East.
Changi specialises in deeply customised salesforce integrations of sales cloud, service cloud, and marketing cloud. Ricston utilises MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform to connect any application, data or device – whether it touches Salesforce or not – into an application network to accelerate digital transformation. A joint integration of both firms’ solutions enables customers to unlock data across legacy systems, cloud apps and devices to make smarter, faster decisions and create highly differentiated, connected customer experiences.
Mike Randall, Ricston’s CEO, explained “We have already worked with Changi on a successful digital transformation project for Air Malta, so forming this exclusive regional partnership was an obvious next step for us, allowing us to provide an all encompassing solution to companies looking to drive innovation and digital transformation."
Arash Malmaci, Changi’s newly appointed managing director, said, “Deepening our partnership with Ricston is fully aligned with our values as a company and, most importantly, will be welcomed by our clients as it will help streamline their digital transformations. We are now able to support the markets we operate in faster and with higher quality.”
Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions are now available from both Changi and Ricston in the Middle East.
